Delete it in the app
- Open the Fluenxi app on Android or iPhone and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out, and the deletion starts straight away.

Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the Google account you signed in with and ask us to delete your Fluenxi account. We'll reply by email once it's done.
hello@fluenxi.appIf you used Fluenxi as a guest without signing in, there's no account to delete: uninstalling the app removes everything on your phone.

What is deleted, and what is kept
We never store the text you type on our servers, so there are no messages to delete.

| A one-way hash of your account ID and email address | Kept so a deleted account can't be revived with an old sign-in or used to reset the free allowance. The email hash is deleted after 30 days. |
| This week's character count for your device (not linked to you) | Kept until the weekly reset, so deleting and re-creating an account doesn't reset the free allowance. The device identifier is deleted 90 days after that device last contacts us. |
| Recent translations cached on your phone | Removed from the device when you delete your account, sign out or uninstall. |
Everything is removed from our active systems straight away and from backups within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a limited record. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
